O’Marra has studied mass murders for 6 years, documenting over 300 cases in the US and globally. His passion for documentary filmmaking is derived from its power to help society understand complex issues and change the world.
He has traveled the country meeting with, listening to, and capturing the stories of people on the frontiers of understanding and combating mass violence. In 2018 he wrote, produced and acted in a play about mass shooters to promote awareness and healing in response to a local mass shooting in Brooklyn in 2016.
MAIKEN BAIRD

Maiken Baird has been an independent documentary filmmaker for 25 years, specializing in international and political affairs. Most recently, Baird was the Producer of Cradle of Champions for Showtime and Executive Producer of the Academy Award® winning Icarus. She is a frequent collaborator of Academy Award® winning filmmaker Alex Gibney and his Jigsaw Productions, first producing Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer in 2010 and, more recently, serving as an executive producer for the BAFTA-nominated City of Ghosts, No Stone Unturned, and ELIÀN, as well as two feature documentaries currently in production.
JR HEFFELFINGER

J.R.'s mission as an artist is to unveil hidden truths about the human condition, give voice to the voiceless and to make the invisible, visible. Founder of Runaway Horses, J.R. Heffelfinger is a Webby Award winning filmmaker who has created content that has generated over +250 Million views to date across YouTube, Amazon and Hulu. His 2021 feature documentary about a survivor of the US's atomic bombing of Hiroshima, 8:15, was recently theatrically released in Japan and is set to arrive in the US soon.
CAMERON CASEY
PRODUCER
Cameron Casey began his career in the International Department at The Weinstein Company. He managed the global sale, marketing and distribution strategy of films that include The Artist, Silver Linings Playbook, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints and The Imitation Game. After departing TWC in 2014, he ran the day to day business operations and development slate for Parts & Labor Films, during productions of The Witch and American Honey. Most recently, with creative agency RanaVerse, he produced two campaigns: Unilever's "United We Stand" and Equinox's "Life's A Ball" both in celebration of the upcoming 50th anniversary of NYC PRIDE.
